This fascinating shop offers everything needed to house and feed rare and unusual animals, with a dynamic and highly experienced staff to assist its customers. Ever since opening this location out west, it has been a game changer in convenience, saving me tons of travel time for feeders and supplies. I highly recommend this business to all of those in the lifestyle of alternative pet ownership or to anyone looking to begin a rewarding hobby with an extraordinary animal.

Friendly staff and an amazing selection of beautiful fish and reptiles plus all the supplies you need. They made great recommendations of which plants and fish to go with to help me build a beautiful tank. They also carry the aquarium coop line.

Newest update; Since our second review they have made a few changes and all for the better. The store is still beautiful and the service is great. They listen to the customers and pay attention to the reviews. One of our favorite places to visit. Our first review was when the store first opened. It's still a beautiful set ip but the customer service is lacking. We were there for 42 minutes looking at Tarantulas before anyone asked if we needed help. They weren't busy. Finally the one person we saw working ended up helping us. It's not the first time we've experienced this. We have bought several Tarantulas from this location. If the other location had more of an assortment we would only go there. They have an amazing set up. The store is absolutely beautiful. The selection is great. Te employees are very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

I am so glad to have had help from Candace about my leopard gecko today. She informed me on the easiest and most nutritious way to feed my gecko and was so very nice! so glad they are here to help us make the best decision for our lil guys :)

definitely a great place to come too! a few years ago i went to exotic pets for the first time ever looking for mystery snails & bettas. (which i walked out with. the employee made sure i wasn’t putting both males together. which i wasn’t intending to, but definitely love the fact they said something !!) they definitely had a great variety of animals & have AMAZING care for all of them!

Best prices, quick service. They have a good variety of reptile products for the size of the store and their employees are always nice. Way better than typical name brand pet stores for reptile, amphibian & fish stuff. I no longer go to PetSmart or Petco for frog or lizard food after finding this place!

Always an awesome experience! Staff is very knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to answer any questions! We brought home baby millipedes today even though we went with the intention of just getting a feeder rat for our ball python!

Good variety and selection offered for various creatures, beautiful tarantulas avaliable. I snagged 3 old worlds. They are very healthy, thriving, webbing up and eating well after a night to adjust to their new enclosures. The store is very clean and organized and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Many different feeder options avaliable. We will definately be returning again for supplies, feeders, and more 8 legged pets.
